Vishal Veeru Devgan, born as on April 2, 1969, is a acclaimed Indian actor, filmmaker, and film producer mainly active in Bollywood. Widely recognized as a top-tier actors, he has appeared in over 100 films and received many awards, such as four National Film Awards and four Filmfare Awards. In 2016, he was honored with the Padma Shri, India's fourth-highest civilian award. Devgn made his acting debut with the romantic-action film *Phool Aur Kaante* (1991), a blockbuster that catapulted him to fame. He later featured in hit action films such as *Jigar* (1992), *Suhaag* (1994), *Vijaypath* (1994), and romantic hits like *Ishq* (1997) and *Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam* (1999). His highly praised performance in *Zakhm* (1998) won him a prestigious National Award.
